Your Microsoft 365 Family plan will transition to a new (smaller) shared storage model when you renew it.

I know, I know. The user base is small. However, would be nice if Tuta used the bigger screen a bit better when unfolded and the front screen is not taking the space it could as well. Is that something worth looking into at this point for Tuta?

We keep getting the same generic email replies with no real accountability, responsibility, or meaningful action to resolve the issue. It has been more than six days, and we still have no solution or clear explanation.

Just like everyone else I've also left Proton after a year given the AI drama from the CEO Like I'll be real the company needs a new leader especially as I'm not gonna use something with AI written slop in the code

Very disappointed with Proton tbh. With a CEO like this, what's the point of using their services?

"open-source ai" ≠ Lumo I asked support to explain why and they responded with a typical corporate response. I want Proton to commit to more transparent marketing alongside "punishing" Andy Yen.

Overreaction but necessary

From the beginning I used my Proton credentials to log into SimpleLogin so I think that unlinking might not be possible but I’m still trying anyway. Anyone know if it’s possible? I’d rather only pay for SimpleLogin.

Hardcoded credentials, PHI exposure, insecure data storage, and missing encryption are the security risks healthcare leaders report most often in AI-generated code. In a July 2026 Paubox survey of 151 healthcare leaders, more than half (54%) said AI-generated or AI-assisted code has contributed to hardcoded…

Companies have gotten too comfortable with just waiting out the storm and being absolutely deaf to all criticisms. Proton's whole USP was their ethics and privacy and frankly I put up with their subpar products for 4 years ONLY because of that.

I was planning to transfer everything over to protons services as they seem kick ass for the things l want. But after hearing the latest news about them. I'm starting to seriously question my future plans and decisions. Any better different services out there?

I'd really like to use Tuta email, but. I filled in the username and password to create an account and got a popup that said there was some problem and I should try again. When I tried again, I was told that the username I used for the initial attempt was unavailable even though it was available on the first attempt.

Since a few weeks I want to quit Gmail (plus Google Drive etc). I was thinking about Proton, it seems pretty nice and solid. But with all the CEO stuff I'm not sure anymore. should I wait until Proton become more safe and ethical for its employees? Should I go for something else? I'm confused.

I wanted to open a FREE Mailfence account, I followed the steps and pasted the activation code from my recovery email, and got the infamous error. "Sorry, the registration failed for at least one of the." So I waited over a day and tried again with Gmail as my recovery account, same error.

Proton made big missteps (current one and in the past) and I am glad that community spoke out and especially now didn't make such a disastrous management direction happen (at least as of now). We support privacy, quality and care about products and there should not be "switching gears" towards blind AI slop from the…

The beta feature makes it easier to stay on top of reports and account strikes.

Dear Proton team, Despite all the mess that’s been going over the past couple of days I just wanted to let you know - I really appreciate all the hard work you folks do and I’m sure there’s a lot of us in this community sharing this sentiment. Please keep that in mind and keep crushing it, y’all are the best! 💜

Hi, I would like to understand how is your current workflow with Proton Mail and aliases and your own domain. So, do you use your own domain to create each aliases for random websites or do you use sub-domains or even different domains?

A lot of you probably don’t want to hear from me right now. But I spoke to the Proton team earlier today, and you also deserve to know what was said, because I’ve let you down, too. First of all, I take responsibility for the failure of communications that has led to such uncertainty, confusion, and hurt within the…

It is HIPAA compliant to put PHI into AI coding assistants only when the assistant's vendor has signed a business associate agreement (BAA) and the use meets HIPAA's minimum necessary standard. In most builds, test data that contains no PHI does the job, so real patient data doesn't need to go into the assistant at…

Was thinking of the paid plan and moving my email accounts over but its now 24 hours since signing up and still cant use it. any idea how long it takes to actually review an account?
